• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, North Shore Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

By taxi - Ask for North Sydney, via Eastern Distributor and Harbour Tunnel. Take first ramp to left onto Falcon Street. First Turning left onto Miller Street and hotel is 100 metres down on right.
Train:Get off at North Sydney Station and hotel is 1 Km up Miller Street on left.

Reception is open from 6.30am to 7pm weekdays and until 3pm on weekends & public holidays. If arriving outside of these times arrangements must be made with reception.
