   Cancellation Policy

Bridgewater Terraces's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Bridgewater Terraces will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Taxi from the airport takes about 15mins and costs approx $40.00.
If self driving from the north, take the Kangaroo Pt turnoff (first left after crossing the Story Bridge), turning sharply left again into Deakin Street, left at Rotherham St (Stop sign), right into Main Street then second right into Wharf Street.
If self driving from the south, take the Kangaroo Pt exit left into Main St before crossing the Story Bridge and take third street right into Wharf Street.
Travelling South over the Story Bridge, you turn sharp left off Bridge to Deakin St to the end then left the right into Main & right again into Wharf St.
The Bridgewater Terraces are at the very end of Wharf Street.
