Arrow on Swanston's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Arrow on Swanston will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Arrow on Swanston is located on Swanston Street, between Victoria Street & Queensberry Street and about 5 mins walk to Melbourne CBD.

The closest train station is Melbourne Central.

Taxi from the airport to Arrow on Swanston will cost around $55.

Alternatively, you can take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne city terminal at Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street). You are then transfer onto a SkyBus Hotel mini-bus, which takes you direct to our doorstep (No booking is required). The SkyBus Hotel Service operating hours (Mon to Fri: 6am - 9:30pm, Sat, Sun & Pub Hols: 7:30am - 5:30pm). Skybus tickets (Adult): $16 one trip, $26 return trip.
