• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Belconnen Hotel Motel and Serviced Apts will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Follow down through 3 sets traffic lights & straight through roundabout and turn right onto Belconnen Way.
Follow down through 5 sets of traffic lights.

Entering ACT on Barton H'way, Hall village is on left, then Wallaroo Rd on right.
Take next right onto Kuringa Dr.
Take 2nd left onto Kingsford Smith Dr.
Follow down thru 2 sets of traffic lights and at roundabout turn left onto Belconnen Way
Approx 1.5km down road you will see the Belconnen Hotel Motel and Serviced Apartments on the right with the soccer club.
Turn right onto Springvale Dr and immediately right again into driveway.
