   Cancellation Policy

Carlton Clocktower Serviced Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Carlton Clocktower Serviced Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Travelling from the airport: Taxi - approximately $45.00 - $50.00 a trip, otherwise Jetbus will drop you off to the3 doorstep for a minimal fee.

Driving into Melbourne from the Hume Highway: turn left into Grattan Street and then left into Drummond Street.
The Carlton Clocktower Serviced Apartments is 100 metres up on the left-hand side.

Driving into Melbourne from the south, get onto Victoria Street then turn into Drummond Street.
The Carlton Clocktower Apartments is north of Grattan Street on the left-hand side.
