201 Lake Street's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 28 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, 201 Lake Street will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Cairns is the capital of the spectaular far North Queensland and is situated on a natural harbour with a backdrop of rugged mountains and tropical rainforests.
The Cairns Airport is conveniently located only 8 minutes North of 201 Lake Street and the City.
Getting here:Traveling north on Sheridan, turn right into Upward Street. Travel approx 300m and then turn left into Lake street.
