Republic Apartments - Brisbane CBD Hotel Accommodation
Serviced apartment accomodation perfectly located in the CBD near Brisbane city centre (two city blocks), near Chinatown (300 meters), near the Brisbane River (one city block) and also near Central Rail Station (300 meters). The property has 22 levels of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom serviced apartments. Fully furnished and equipped, each apartment has its own complete kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, along with WiFi throughout the entire building. Fully furnished self-contained apartments for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis with all the comforts of home, including Foxtel cable TV. We offer a long-stay rate for bookings over 28 nights and even a special 3+ month rate - great hotel type accommodation deals for people who may be moving to Brisbane. All apartments have at least one large balcony and sweeping views of the city centre, or Spring Hill, Chinatown and some views of the Brisbane River.

Location: Republic Apartments is above Spring Hill Shopping Centre, which includes the local Woolworths, Baker’s Delight, Amcal Chemist, Subway, Nokia Care Centre, Turbot Street Newsagency, Vintage Cellars, the award-winning Tognini’s BistroCafeDeli, plus several other outlets and even the Spring Hill Dental Clinic!
To the East, just a short 300mtr walk, are the Story Bridge and Brisbane River. Republic Apartments is within an easy walk to four of Brisbane's main weekend markets in the CBD at Eagle Street Riverside Craft Market (Sunday), Fortitude Valley Market (Saturday & Sunday), Southbank Lifestyle Market (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) and the Queen Street Farmers' Market (Wednesday). To the north is Chinatown and dozens of restaurants from Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Korean, Lao, Vietnamese and Japanese, to name a few, plus even a choice of North Indian restaurants along Brunswick Street. Nearby Fortitude Valley is Brisbane's night life and entertainment centre. James Street offers chic boutique shopping. A few minutes walk to the south of Republic Apartments, is the city's shopping precinct including the Queen Street Mall and Central Rail Station. The area is ideal for walkers and joggers. An easy 2km jog across the Story Bridge and back, or 3kms return to the Botanic Gardens, along the Riverside Boardwalk.
Guest amenities: Include a covered heated lap pool (kept at 28 degrees), spa (35 degrees), a large air-conditioned gymnasium and four above-ground levels of free car parking for guests only! You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Republic Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.
Location
Perhaps Republic Apartments' greatest asset is its location in the CBD and near Queen Street Mall, near Chinatown, trendy Spring Hill and the Brisbane River. A quick 20-minute taxi ride from near Brisbane Airport or a few minutes walk from Central Rail Station and Roma Street Station. Also near several hospitals including the Royal Children's Hospital, near the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital, near Brisbane Private Hospital and near the Queensland Eye Hospital.
Republic Apartments is easily accessable from either Turbot Street (one-way travelling North East) or Ann Street (one-way travelling South West). Both are major thoroughfares that run right through the centre of the city's central business district.
BY CAR FROM THE PACIFIC MOTORWAY OR SOUTHEAST FREEWAY: Take the Turbot Street turn off. Drive up Turbot Street, which is a one-way street, in the right-hand lane. Pass the Sofitel Hotel and straight across Wharf Street, turn right into Raff Street and then immediately turn left into the first driveway - you will be turning into the Republic Apartments' Visitor Parking area. If no Visitor Bay is available then the Loading Bay in the same area should be free, to park temporarily while you check-in. Please note that you will need to walk around to the main entrance, at the front of the building, in Turbot Street.
BY TRAIN: From Brisbane's Central Station walk the 300 metres down Turbot Street toward Chinatown, in the same direction as the traffic (Turbot Street is one-way).
FROM BRISBANE AIRPORT: A 14kms (approx. $40) Taxi ride will take no more than 20 minutes, even allowing for some traffic. Or, $12 per person by train from the airport to Central Rail Station. Please note: Taxis take up to 4 passengers (with up to 2 large suitcases); Station wagon Taxis take up to 4 passengers (with up to 4 large suitcases); Maxi Taxis (Mitsubishi or Torago type people-movers) take up to 10 passengers, the surcharge is $11 per trip and generally need to be booked well in advance.

Reception hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12noon Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests checking in after-hours may do so using the night safe located at the front door and if necessary contact the Nitel operator. (Please advise us if arriving after-hours and you will be issued with a safe combination to access the apartment keys.)

Secure under cover off-street parking is available on Levels P1 to P4. Please park in a Visitor Bay on the ground floor while checking-in.
FREE car park guaranteed for Not1night guests, so if a car park is required please make this request when booking.
Please note: A security fob is required from Reception to access all car park levels, to call all lifts and for access to all accommodation floors - providing added security for all our guests.
