Quay West Suites Melbourne's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quay West Suites Melbourne will charge you one night's accommodation for each suite that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Southgate Avenue runs off City Road - drive past the IBM & Herald Weekly Times buildings to the very last exit on the left hand side BEFORE you go under St Kilda Road. Watch for the blue/white sign.

Upon arrival, you shall be asked to provide a valid credit card for payment of accommodation owing and also as security against any incidental costs.
Should you wish to pay by cash, you are required to pay upon check-in a refundable bond of AUD$500.00 and present photograph I.D
