Eastwood Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Eastwood Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Upon arrival during reception hours, go to front desk to register and receive check in information.

After hours, the contact number is posted on front of building and you will be transferred to the night receptionist who will be able to assist you with the check in procedure.

Checkout, unless otherwise approved by the Front Desk, is by 10:00am. The keys are required to be left at reception.

If departing outside reception hours, please place keys in key return box in lobby.
