The post office, newsagent, hairdresser and convenience store are all just a stones throw away; while The Medical Centre, Scarborough Village Surgery is just next door and offers bulk billing for children. Redcliffe Promenade is short distance from the Scarborough Beach Resort, famous for its Jetty Markets and world famous Bee Gee Way - a 50 metre laneway showcasing more than 60 pictures and 13 album covers.

   Cancellation Policy

Scarborough Beach Resort's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Scarborough Beach Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A $200 deposit will be charged by the Scarborough Beach Resort at the time of booking. Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will lose the depsit.If the cancellation is made more than 14 days from the arrival date, your deposit wil be refunded but a $50 administration fee.will be charged Ant No Show will be charged the Full amount.


   Location

If hiring car at the airport the best way is to get onto the Getaway Motorway and follow the signs to the Sunshine Coast taking the Redcliffe exit.
As you go over the Hornibrook Bridge (long bridge that brings you to the Redcliffe Peninsula) keep to the right at the lights until you get onto Oxley Ave where you veer to the left.
Oxley Ave then becomes Landsborough Ave and we are number 89 (White Building with Blue columns) amongst the Scarborough Shops.
If travelling by public transport you can catch the Train from the Airport to Eagle Junction Station.
Change trains here to get onto the Sandgate Line.
Exit at Sandgate Station and catch the bus 690.
Bus 690 will drop you off at Landsborough Avenue, just a short walk away from the resort entrance.
