• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Oaks on Collins will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Oaks On Collins is in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on Collins Street, directly opposite Rialto Towers.

From the Airport, take the Tullamarine Freeway south towards the city. Exit at Dynon Rd and continue along Spencer Street. Turn left on to Collins St and the hotel is located on the left hand side (approx 1 1/2 blocks from Southern Cross Railway Station).
