Cancellation Policy

Shingley Resort's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Shingley Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

If driving, turn left off the Bruce Highway at Proserpine. A 20 minute drive will being you to Airlie Beach. Turn left into Shingley Drive (This is the first street you see immediately after you glimpse the magnificient oceanviews across Abel Point Marina). Left down Shingley Drive and we are the first building on the left.

The Reception Hours at the Shingley Beach Resort are 8.00am to 6pm. Please phone the resort to make prior arrangement if arriving outside of these hours.

Car Parking

At the Shingley Beach Resort Airlie Beach all apartments have off-street under cover parking. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have a single remote accessed lock up garage.

The Whitsundays are renown as a sailing paradise Take a sailing or motor boat cruise. Scuba dive or snorkel the Great Barrier Reef or an island bay. Take a scenic flight, parasail or do a tandem skydrive, join a crocodile safari, go whale watching in a our winter months or visit one of our many islands. Walk through the Conway National Park or laze around the Airlie Beach Lagoon. You could even go horse riding or enjoy the thrill of quad biking.
