Airlie Beach Hotel Motel's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Airlie Beach Hotel Motel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

We are located on the Esplanade in Airlie Beach, 300 metres from the coach terminal, if arriving from Whitsunday Coast airport (Proserpine) shuttle buses, taxis & bus meet all planes & do a door to door drop off & pick up from the hotel.

If arriving from Proserpine Train station, buses meet all arriving trains offering door to door pick up & drop of at the hotel.

By Air: International access to the Whitsundays is available via connecting flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Cairns international airports. Regular direct and connecting domestic flights fly into both Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) airport on the mainland and Hamilton Island airport. Virgin Blue and Jetstar service the region on a regular basis.

By Rail: Queensland Rail operates regular services into Proserpine from most major cities in Australia.

By Bus: Coach companies offer regular services between major cities and The Whitsunday's.

By Road: If you choose to drive to The Whitsunday's the roads are in excellent condition with some beautiful scenery along the way.

Reception hours are 7am to 9pm daily. Latest check in time is 11pm sharp.
Please go to Capers Bar/Grill, next to reception. No check in can be made after 11pm.
Christmas Day check in strictly between 8am and 5pm. No check-in can be made outside these times.
