Claremont Guest House and Apartments of South Yarra's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Claremont Guest House and Apartments of South Yarra will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Toorak Rd in South Yarra is approximately 3 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.
Claremont Guest House is located on Toorak Rd between the crossroads of Punt Rd and Chapel St.


By Train:
Take a train from Flinders Street Train Station or Southern Cross Train Station on either the Frankston, Dandenong or Sandringham Lines and get off at South Yarra Train Station. Turn left when exiting the station and Claremont Guest House is only 100 metres along Toorak Road.

By Tram:
Take Tram No. 8 (Toorak) from outside Flinders St Train Station. Get off the tram when it stops next to South Yarra Train Station. Turn to the right when you get off the tram and walk for about 100 metres (look for the burgundy awning).

From the Airport:
Arrivals at Tullamarine Melbourne Airport have a choice:
1. Taxi from Airport to Claremont Guest House, allow approximately $60.
2. Door to door transfers by StarBus are available between Airport & Guest House and must be pre-booked at least 24hrs prior to arriving at Tullamarine Airport

Check-in: Current, valid Photo identification such as a drivers license or passport will be required. Credit card details will also need to be verified.

Check-out: Guests are to vacate rooms no later then 10am on their day of departure. We request guests see Reception the evening before their departure date if they wish to extend their booking.

$14 per night in nearby public parking facilities. $40 cash deposit (refundable) required for boom-gate swipe card. Parking must be organised at check-in.

Chapel St and Toorak Rd shopping precincts, restaurants, bars, nightlife, cafes, boutique shops, Royal Botanic Gardens, Yarra River. We are very close to public transport to get into the city and other areas such as Richmond and St Kilda.
