   Cancellation Policy

Reef Gateway Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Reef Gateway Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. High season 1/7 to 31/10 charge 2 nights deposit on booking all other periods charge 1 nights accom at time of booking.

Situated conveniently behind the Cairns Base Hospital in Lake Street, centrally located at the City fringe - 50 meters from the nearest restaurant, 200 meters to a supermarket, bakery, takeaways & bottleshop. Approximately 8-10 minute drive from Cairns Airport and 5 mins to CBD. 1.0km to City centre.
Easy walking distance to the newly developed Esplande walk, childrens play grounds, running paths, skateboard area the famous Muddy's Playground for the children.
