Mantra Crown Towers's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Crown Towers will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Crown Towers will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra Crown Towers charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway.
Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the Pacific Highway.

Turn left off the Gold Coast Highway into Palm Avenue.
