Hides Hotel Cairns's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Hides Hotel Cairns will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Club Crocodile Hides Hotel is located 10 minutes by taxi/car from Cairns Airport. Take the main highway - Sheridan St into the City Centre. Turn left into Spence St & then 2nd st on the left is Lake St. Follow Lake St to the end of the City Mall & Hides Hotel reception fronts Lake St. Taxi Fare is approximately $15.00 from the Airport, $5.00 from the main bus or train terminal. Both the bus & train terminals are located 2 kms from Hides Hotel. The Airport Shuttle Service is available from the arrival terminals at the airport. The cost of the fare is $8.00.

Car Parking

Hides Hotel has limited secure free undercover parking for guests. The entrance to the carpark is off Grafton St. The set down area for Hides Hotel is located in Lake Street if you wish to book a car park you must do so when placing reservation.
